Post and Packaging
All postage and packaging charges are based upon the total weight of your order.
All items are sent via royal mail with a choice of services to suit you, the most cost effective option is selected automatically , but you will also have the following option to choose from:
- 1st Class- 1-2 working
- 2nd Class- 3 working days
- Recorded (signature on delivery) insured up £36
- Standard parcels (for heavier items) 3 working days or more
- Airmail- 3-5 working days

Delivery
All our pieces are handmade, so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, times may vary at busy periods. Delivery times vary for wedding jewellery and accessories, please see the wedding ordering/delivery page for more details. You will be sent an email once your order has been processed and dispatched. However, if you need your order in a hurry please contact us and we will try our best to sort something out for you.
All our jewellery is carefully wrapped in tissue paper as standard, if you require a gift box please add to your shopping cart, there is a small charge.
All enquiries regarding orders should be directed to contactus@idesignjewellery.co.uk or you can fill out the contact us form, Please state your order number, which can be found on your confirmation email or invoice.
If you would like us to deliver the parcel to an alternative address, please state this at the checkout.
Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any items in a saleable condition, returned to us within 7 days. Please email contactus@idesignjewellery.co.uk or fill out the contact us form, stating your order number (which can be found on your confirmation email or invoice), with your name and reason for the return.
We do not refund bespoke designs.
The customer must pay the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. Postage of the original order will not be refunded.
Please note, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
