Ordering

1.  Choosing your items

Browse through our collection, when you have found the item you want to purchase, you can then choose whether to have the piece made in an alternative colour. Most of our collection has this option available and this can be done by choosing the colours from the Drop Down Boxes beside the product photo. If you choose not to include a different colour, please select the “As Shown” option. The colours for the “As Shown” option are stated in the more Info Tab in the each product.

2. Add the items to your Shopping Cart

When you’re happy with your choice, click Add to Cart, you will then be taken to the Shopping Cart Summary, where you can review your order. Once you’ve added an item to your shopping cart, you can keep browsing until you have selected all the items you wish to purchase. You can access the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on Shopping Cart at the top of every page.

3. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your shopping cart. When you are happy with your purchase, Click Next and you will be asked to Create an Account (if you have not already done so) If you have an account already, please log in with your email address and password, you will be asked to fill out a few details to ensure we have all the correct information to process your order. Please note as stated in our Privacy Policy, your details will NOT be given to any third party. Once you have registered, check your address details are correct, Click Next which will take you to the Shipping Information. Then you will be given your Option of Payments, once you have made your choice you will be directed to your chosen Payment Method.

Payment

We accept three forms of payment, PayPal, Google Checkout & Cheque. PayPal, is a safe and reliable way to make payment over the internet, you do not need a PayPal account to do this. Just simply select the options to pay without a PayPal account at the checkout.

Google Checkout is a fast, secure and a convenient way to shop online. Google Checkout makes online shopping easy by providing a single login for purchases across the web, it accepts all major credit cards. You enter your credit or debit card information when you first sign up for Google Checkout and can select your preferred payment type during checkout. You will not be charged for either of these services.

Please note, from the 21st February 2011 google checkout will no longer process payments from solo cards. 

If you wish to pay by cheque, it must be in UK Sterling, please allow up to 4-7 working days for cheques to clear. Please make cheques payable to "iDesign Jewellery". We can not despatch an order until your cheque has been cashed and cleared. If your order is urgent please do not use cheques as a method of payment as this may delay your order. Cheque is not advisable for International Orders.

Voucher Codes

Simply enter your code in the voucher code box provided in the shopping cart.
