Product Quality

All of our products are handmade and finished to a high standard, but as all designs are handcrafted slight variations can sometimes occur between the items you see on our website and those you receive. Colours may vary slightly due to the settings on your monitor.

All items are checked by our quality control before despatch and leave in perfect condition. Any items that are damaged during transit may be returned as outlined in our return policy. Product component materials for each item are outlined on each product page. If you are unsure of anything please contact us.

Most of our items are delicate so please store items in their individual gift packaging to avoid items being damaged or tarnished. Also avoid spraying perfume or hairspray when wearing your jewellery or tiara, as this can discolour the crystals & pearls and dull the sparkle.
