Delivery & postage

As all our designs are handmade to order, your purchase will usually be despatched within 3- 6 weeks, although it may be quicker depending on the size of order. Therefore please order early, for urgent orders please contact us and we will endeavour to meet any deadlines you have.

When your goods are ready we will email you to advise you that your order is about to be despatched. If you wish your order to be dispatched to a different address please contact us.

Postage (UK)

Postage & packaging to the UK is FREE, excluding are Crystal & Crystal & Pearl bouquets which will be charged at £15.95, due to the size of the item. All jewellery and hair accessory orders less than £40 we use First Class post with Signed For (Recorded Delivery).  For items over £40 in value we use Royal Mail Special Delivery.  This is so your jewellery is fully insured and traceable during transit.  Both of these methods require a signature upon receipt.

Postage (International)

International delivery for European Countries are £10 for the first item and £2.50 for any additional items, bouquets will be charged at £22.50. US Postage is £12 for the first item and £3 for any additional items, bouquets will be charged at £27.00.

All postage will be calculated once you add your item to the shopping cart.

Please note, there is a weight limitation per transaction of 20 standard items. if you require more, please do so on a separate transaction, this is due to our carriers maximum weight allowance. Our Crystal & Pearl bouquets are not classed as a standard item.

When an order is despatched we can not be held responsible for late or non –delivery due to factors beyond our control. All packages will require a signature on delivery.

If you are not in to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative delivery arrangements.  If you fail to make alternative arrangements with Royal Mail (within a week for Special Delivery and within 3 weeks for Signed For) then the items will be returned to us.  We reserve the right to charge postage and packaging for redelivery to you.

International Deliveries

If you are ordering outside the UK your purchase may be subject to additional import taxes. iDesign Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any import taxes that have incurred once the products have been despatched.

International Exchange Rated

You can display different currency at any time by clicking on the currency tabs at the bottom left of any page. Please note the price may differ from what is displayed on our website and the exchange rate that your bank gives you. iDesign Jewellery will not be held responsible should this accure.
